THREE DIFFERENT RENO AREA CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES WERE PAID TO CLEAN THIS CAT URINE CONTAMINATION PROBLEM UP BUT NEVER LOOKED UNDER THE CARPET TO ADDRESS THIS DAMAGE.
