BOOKING & ACCESS POLICIES
WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR CLEANING APPOINTMENT WITH US YOU ARE SETTING A PART OF OUR (AND YOUR) DAY FOR US TO TRAVEL TO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS AND PROVIDE THE SERVICES THAT YOU HAVE REQUESTED. IT'S NOT UNUSUAL FOR APPOINTMENTS TO BE PLACED IN BETWEEN, BEFORE AND AFTER OTHER CUSTOMERS ON A GIVEN DATE. AN APPOINTMENT THAT IS POSTPONED, CANCELLED, OR OTHERWISE ALTERED CAN UPSET AND DISRUPT AN ENTIRE DAYS SCHEDULE, TRAVEL AND FLOW.
iT'S OUR POLICY TO ALLOW FOR A SINGLE CHANGE TO YOUR BOOKING DATE & TIME IF IT'S OUTSIDE OF 72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, ANYTIME INSIDE OF 72 HOURS MAY CAUSE THE LOSS OF BOOKING PRIVILEGES FOR YOU AND YOUR HOUSEHOLD OR BUSINESS. IF YOU ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS UNTIL THAT APPOINTMENT, CONSIDER THAT APPOINTMENT UNCHANGEABLE. SHOULD A CHANGE INSIDE OF 72 HOURS BE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, IT MAY CAUSE ANY DISCOUNTS, COUPONS, OR VOUCHERS, TO LOSE SOME OR ALL OF THE VALUE THEY REPRESENT.
ACCESS
IN MOST CASES, IT'S NECESSARY FOR YOU TO BE PRESENT WHEN WE ARRIVE AT YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. THIS ALLOWS US ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY AND ALLOWS US TO PROPERLY ESTIMATE THE JOB.
OUR CLEANING EQUIPMENT IS "VAN MOUNTED" WE RUN HIGH PRESSURE AND VACUUM HOSES FROM THE VAN TO YOUR CARPETS AND TILE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN ONLY REACH INSTALLED CARPETS THAT ARE WITHIN 150 FEET OF THE VANS PARKING LOCATION. IF YOU LIVE IN A CONDOMINIUM, APARTMENT, HIGHRISE, OR A HOME THAT HAS A VERY LONG WALKWAY FROM THE PARKING AREA TO THE FURTHEST ROOM OF YOUR HOME, WE HAVE TO DETERMINE IF WE CAN IN FACT SERVICE AND CLEAN YOUR CARPETS. PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO HAVE AN ESTIMATE OF THAT DISTANCE FOR US WHEN YOU CALL.
